Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Tutor (online+ work from home) to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing personalized educational support. **Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with students to understand their individual learning needs
- Create and implement customized lesson plans based on student's strengths and weaknesses
- Provide instruction on improving IELTS score
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Offer guidance and support to help students develop effective study habits and organizational skills
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

**Requirements**:

- Full mastery of English equivalent to C2 / IELTS Band 9
- Experience in teaching General English, Business English and IELTS preparation
- Experience of online teaching via Zoom or MS Teams.
- Experience working with international students in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and motivate students of different ages and learning abilities
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Previous tutoring experience is essential

Please note that this is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
