We are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our team in London on a hybrid basis
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate delivery of BSI’s UK payroll for approximately 2000 colleagues. You will also be, along with the wider UK team, an escalation point for our HR colleagues to ask any payroll questions, as well as liaising with our 3rd party providers and HMRC.
You will be working with our Reward Team and pension/benefit providers to ensure our salary sacrifice and payrolled benefits (including company cars) are recorded and reported accurately. You will also be keeping the wider finance teams within BSI informed with monthly reports and insights, and answering any questions they may have.

About You- Significant end-end payroll experience, with the ability to manually calculate all aspects of payslips.- Awareness of current data protection legislation.- A great and up to date understanding of UK payroll legislation.- The ability to work to tight deadlines.- First-rate time management and an eye for detail.- Excellent numerical and data skills.
