Head Barista

**Head Barista / Floor Supervisor - Elixis London**
**£13/hour + £2-3/hour in service & tips**:

- Full-time preferred | Part-time considered | Must be available weekends_

We’re looking for a **mature, reliable, and experienced** Head Barista/Floor Supervisor to join our small but dedicated team at **Elixis London**.

If you love great coffee, thrive in a hands-on role, and bring strong leadership and floor presence — this could be the perfect opportunity.

**What we offer**:

- Additional **£2-£3 per hour** in service charge and tips
- A supportive, close-knit team environment
- Opportunity to take ownership of the barista station and lead floor service
- Regular day shifts:

- **Weekdays** from 7:00am
- **Weekends** from 8:00am
- Finish by 4:30pm daily

**What we’re looking for**:

- A barista with strong **experience and confidence on the machine**:

- Someone with a **mature, professional approach** to hospitality
- A team player who can also lead a shift when needed
- Availability on **weekends is essential**
