**Children’s Residential Support Worker / Holbeach / Up to £31,700**

**Job Details**:

- Children’s Residential Support Worker
- Working for a well-established organisation that specialises in support for children and young people within OFSTED-regulated care homes
- Support up to 4 young people with EBD, additional needs and learning difficulties.
- Supporting young people aged between 8 -17
- Provide therapeutic support, working towards positive outcomes for all young people
- Work within a staff team of support workers, seniors, deputy managers and a registered manager
- Ensure all support given meets OFSTED standards
- Support children and young within the home and in the community
- Arranging and taking part in activities
- Managing, updating and following care plans
- The home is based in Holbeach.

**Contract Details**:

- Full-time, permanent contract
- 39 hours a week
- 3-week rotating pattern:
Week 1 - Monday and Thursday

Week 2 - Tuesday, Friday and Sunday

Week 3 - Wednesday and Saturday
- Shift times: 8am - 11pm
- ⅚ sleep ins per month
- You MUST be willing to carry out personal care duties
- You MUST be a driver as you will be required to transport the young people from time
- to time
- You MUST be an empathetic and relatable person, have good listening and

communication skills, and a natural instinct to help others
- You MUST be able to commute to Holbeach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
