**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerised systems.
- Manage office supplies and assist in clerical duties as needed.
- Utilise Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Process invoices and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Organise files and documents to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerised office systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Experience using Google Suite and QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in an office environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
