**Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

EdEx are on the hunt for an ambitious, hardworking & motivated Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team

We are a newly established Education Recruitment Agency that operates (for now only) in the London market, servicing Primary, Secondary & SEN Schools. We deal in both long-term & permanent placements, **making the earning potential very lucrative for our employees.**

**What will this Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant entail?**
- Sourcing top tier education talent (Teachers & Graduates) from writing adverts, headhunting via social media & creating partnerships with universities.
- Working hand-in hand with both Directors to fulfill current client needs.

**Job Description - Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant**
- Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £16 - £20k salary
- Uncapped & Generous Commission Structure
- 8:30AM - 5PM working hours
- Flexible working hours during half-terms
- Located in Maidstone, Kent - 8-minute walk from local train stations & Carpark available
