**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join either our Ipswich or Norwich office on a permanent basis. The Administrator will provide a robust administration function to the financial planning team in an efficient and timely manner.

**What will you do?**
- Support Financial Planners/Paraplanners in production of suitability reports.
- Complete all work according to procedures and standards.
- Collate and verify the accuracy of information and work provided.
- Assist in preparation of review and new client meetings.
- Assist the wider team as required and works effectively with colleagues.
- Support business development with brand awareness and attending events with local professionals.
- Interaction with clients and third parties should be maintained with Brewin Dolphin’s conduct and professionalism standards.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Relevant GCSE qualifications.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written.

**Nice-to-have**
- An understanding of financial planning, client advice processes and industry knowledge.
