An opportunity has arisen within the Worthing Therapy Hub for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Based in Central Worthing we deliver services across the Arun, Adur and Worthing areas in our patients' normal places of residence and local care homes.

As a Community Therapy Assistant you will join our Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Working collaboratively with our acute Trusts and our colleagues on the Responsive Services team, we aim prevent and support patients from hospital admission and support them on discharge from hospital to deliver assessment, intervention, care and deliver short-term rehab intervention and care in order to promote functional independence.
