**Housing Administration Officer - £20,444 - £22,571 + Benefits - Winchester, Hampshire**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Housing Administration Officer to work within our Housing Operations and Community Safety Service. You will be responsible for administering general day to day housing management tasks including sending standardcorrespondence, assisting with garage lettings and terminations, answering telephone calls, processing tenancy changes, mutual exchanges and self-service portal enquiries alongside paying invoices, raising works orders and purchase orders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Fire and Security Installation Engineer include, but are not limited to:
- Produce standard letters and complete other administrative tasks for Housing Operations and Community Safety.
- Ensure standard letters, forms and other information held electronically is up to date and relevant.
- Pay invoices on the Financials system.
- Raise works orders on the Orchard system and liaise with contractors regarding estate management issues
- Submit CORE data on a monthly basis and to be involved in the development of CORE processes, as required.
- Administer and pay the Council Tax bills and utility bills for void properties.
- Responsible for the administration on downsizer incentive payments, ensuring the spreadsheet is kept up to date and payments are processed in a timely manner.
- To input tenant information on to the Orchard system and administer any tenancy changes on Orchard, for example updating tenancy details, name changes etc.

**The Person**
The key skills and qualities of a Fire and Security Installation Engineer are:
- Minimum 4 x GCSE’s (including Maths and English) Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Preferable educated to 'A’ level or equivalent
- Excellent all round administrative skills
- Sound IT and keyboard skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Excellent customer care skills
