Warm Welcome Churchsitter Volunteer

St Mary's church serves the community and currently is open for quiet reflection, prayer, candle lighting and conversation
Tuesday & Thursday 2-4pm and Wednesday 5.30-7.30pm.

Opportunities for adults to volunteer to join the team:
Enhance the level of visitor experience and enjoyment by providing a warm, friendly, attentive and dignified welcome and greeting for church visitors to enjoy the space
Meet expectations, add value and contribute to sustainable, authentic community tourism.
Remain vigilant to maintain a safe, secure space, representing the church
Are you confident, sensitive, approachable, calm, positive, able to communicate information and
help (unpaid) between 1-4 x per month (Tuesday & Thursday 2-4pm and Wednesday 5.30-7.30pm),
Warm drink, toilet, hearing loop and step free access available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Volunteer

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
