The organisation operates a hybrid working policy with only 1 day based at their lovely office in Poole, the rest worked from home.They offer a positive and friendly team working culture. **Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include**: - Assist with the production of monthly management and annual statutory accounts - Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Support the preparation of financial reports for budget holders and other stakeholders - Balance sheet reconciliations - Journal processing - Variance analysis - Ad-hoc reporting and analysis - External returns and reporting **To be considered for the role of Assistant Management Accountant**: - Ideally be AAT qualified or studying towards full accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - Experience of working as part of a financial reporting team - Ability to analyse, interpret and present information clearly and concisely You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
