**The Role**
This role has been created to support Recruitment’s rapid expansion and growth of its core services and joint ventures/strategic partnerships. This role will be primarily focused on generating reporting to a high standard using best practice data manipulationand BI Tools. We are looking for someone who has a high level of knowledge surrounding data and understands connections between data and how they are formed. Someone who is a self-starter who actively seeks out the knowledge they need to meet the requirementsand deadlines of the role, while doing so in a methodical and innovative way, would be ideal for this role.

As Reporting Data Analyst this role includes:
**Internal and External customer**: A bridge between the business functions, technical teams, and the Divisions clients/joint venture parties, working with stakeholders to ensure we achieve the Divisions and Partnership’s visions.

**Analysis**: Analyse and model data to produce conclusions in line with relevant project/activity.

**Reporting**:Write new and develop existing reports/dashboards to present to stakeholders at all levels with an aim to produce aesthetically pleasing outputs using best practice BI formats.

**Power BI development**: As the company moves to using Power BI as its primary business intelligence solution, this role will be instrumental in participating in training for the solution and actively using the software, while demonstratingbest practice technique and design.

**Data Workflows**: identify, understand, and analyse data workflows between systems and processes to correctly link data workstreams of a similar nature.

**Data Catalogue**: Responsible for building a default set of reports / dashboards as a set library to be used for mobilisation of new ventures, and for referencing reports in a specific format for a variety of teams.

**Data Champion**: Assists with content certification in line with a corporate level forum which this role will actively be apart of to create a centralised data focussed community.

**Key Duties**
- Working with the Head of Business Systems and Recruitment Systems Manager, formulate ways for businesses to improve their data management, based on previous research, trends, or analysis.
- Assist in analysing and modelling data to produce conclusions for relevant project activities.
- Regularly scheduled reporting for a variety stakeholder on a monthly / quarterly basis for previously developed reports.
- Write new and develop existing reports to present data in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide support Recruitment Systems Manager as new processes are implemented across the business to demonstrate the value of the change using reporting methods.
- Evaluate and report to the senior management team progress of internal teams to outline areas of improvement using BI solutions.
- Utilise excel extensively for data mining, analysis, and information presentation.
- Involvement and generation of financial reporting as required by recruitment and joint venture partnership colleagues.
- Support with RCRM data management and reporting outputs before handing over to the business managers to take responsibility of presentation to third parties, for their areas.
- Supporting business intelligence for trend and performance data to enable effective decision making.
- Supporting business leads with their objectives in becoming data-smart by sharing best practice and providing guidance on business intelligence requirements.
- Actively engaging with new technology introduced in the business to create new and innovative ways to manage and present data.

**What we need from you**
- Evidence of self-learning in an area relevant to reporting (e.g. SQL, BI solutions, Excel, databases, output design)
- Willingness to undertake a training qualification (as required) for any new software that’s introduced.
- Good knowledge of CRMs (desirable recruitment)
- Understanding of the recruitment agency industry
- Working knowledge of cloud sharing solutions. (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox)
- An excellent working knowledge of Excel to advanced level including ability to understand all formulas and a knowledge of Power Queries
- Experience of data mapping at any level
- Knowledge of ICT integration between different systems
- Experience of analysing data to provide solutions or guidance
