**Salary**:NJC 12-17 (£23,728 - £25,740 actual salary) - £27,711 - £30,060 FTE + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

**Hours**:37 hours per week

**Contract type**:Permanent, full time 39 weeks per year.

**Start date**: Jan/ Feb 2025

**You’re someone who has**:

- Knowledge of a range of strategies to deal with whole-class behaviour and individual behavioural needs.
- L2 qualifications - GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children and young people.
- Ability to build positive relationships with all student
