Under the general supervision of the Senior Account Director, the Account Co-Ordinator will provide superb customer service and prospect inquiries to assist the Account Manager in achieving sales targets.
**What you will do**:
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients on all sales enquiries and requests to determine a clear understanding of their requirements
- Using own experience advise clients when clarifying enquiries the best courses of action to achieve their goals
- Gaining a good knowledge of key clients in terms of their contacts, their business, their brand guidelines and a good understanding of how we can help them in all areas of our services
- Being proactive with clients in terms of new products which may fit their requirements
- Ensure customer quotes are completed both commercially and competitively and where feasible create added value to the quotes
- Sourcing products for enquiries via industry tools, suppliers and colleagues as appropriate
- Liaising with suppliers and internal production to gain accurate information on customer enquiries
- Ordering samples, visuals and creating presentations for client requests
- Liaising with Procurement Manager when sourcing products from the Far East to ensure products are sourced, costed and subsequently tested properly if an order is gained.
- Liaising with Corporate Programme Team regarding re-order of stock, special orders and any other queries they may not be able to handle
- In association with the Account Manager ensure all quotes are followed up in a timely manner and the database is kept up to date based on information received
- Negotiating with Suppliers to ensure the best profit is secured on a job
- Assist the Account Manager with any proactive Business Development projects
- Provide reports to the Account Manager or Sales Manager / Director as requested
- Liaise with Production Co-ordinator to ensure:
Orders are converted in time with all the correct information
- Purchase orders and artwork are submitted to suppliers in a timely manner
- Supplier and customer queries during the order process are handled efficiently and on time
- All orders are progressed to ensure delivery dates and client expectations are met
- Good support and aid with their training and development
- Invoicing of customer orders is completed on time and in accordance with Company guidelines regarding GP submissions
- Assist finance with any customer or supplier invoice queries where required

- Good attentive to details
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communicate
- The ability to multi-task is a must
- Good numeric ability in terms of mark-ups and gross profit required.
