We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to operate the fryer, pack orders efficiently, and assemble food orders with attention to detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is prepared to high standards and delivered to our customers promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fryer Operation and Cooking:

- Learn to safely operate the fryer and other kitchen equipment according to training and health standards.
- Cook items such as fries, chicken, and other fried foods as per the menu requirements.
- Ensure that food is cooked to the proper temperature, with consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized fryer station, following safety guidelines for oil management and cleanliness.

2. Order Packing:

- Accurately pack food items into appropriate containers for delivery or pick-up.
- Ensure that all orders are packed according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Double-check that all items are included in the order before handing it off to the customer or delivery service.
- Organize and manage the packing station to ensure smooth workflow during busy hours.

3. Food Assembly:

- Assemble food orders according to company standards, including portioning and presenting food in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Ensure that all components of the meal (sides, sauces, etc.) are included and correctly arranged for the customer.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain food hygiene while assembling and serving.

4. Cleanliness and Kitchen Maintenance:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Regularly clean the fryer, prep tables, and other kitchen equipment.
- Follow all food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

5. Teamwork and Customer Focus:

- Work as part of a team to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as required during peak hours or busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that food is of the highest quality and delivered quickly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fast-food or kitchen environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality food.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heat from cooking equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.56-£12.87 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
