**LAND MANAGER - LEATHERHEAD AREA - BASIC UP TO £30K, UP TO £75K OTE**

You will complete appraisals illustrating site technical, legal and developmental information to present to the board, you will expand the companies land pipeline and contacts, negotiate land agreements, analyse financial feasibility of potential sites andwork alongside the sales team to negotiate financial investments in land. You will need to have a good geographical knowledge of Surrey and have an understanding of land procurement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Land Buyer to join an exciting team of of Land & New Homes staff within a dynamic, professional estate agency. The role offers a varied workload, huge progression potential, a close knit team and a fantastic salary andpackage

**You will be expected to**:

- Support the Land team in the identification and acquisition of sites, assisting in project acquisition from identification, diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning to pre-start on the sites acquired
- Assist with the maintenance and expansion of the Division’s key contact base, e.g. land agents, land owners
- Assist on major projects and with other relevant duties as required
- Support the team to produce professional land packs, ensuring accurate bids are placed for land
- Act in accordance with Group policies, systems and procedures
- Will come from an estate agency background
- Have a passion for Land & New Homes
- Is looking to transfer from estate agency (senior Neg upwards) to make land a long term career path
