Our Client has a vacancy for an Administrator this is a Temporary Position to cover maternity leave.
More about the role
You will be required to support Account Managers and help them administer the order process whilst always offering outstanding customer service. Maintain strong relationships, manage and track customer orders, make and receive calls.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Handle and resolve customer issues providing solutions in a timely manner or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the Production and the factory personnel to ensure orders are produced and delivered within the customers’ time requirements.
- Support the Assist the Sales office if required
- Attend Production Meetings as appropriate.
- Arrange fitting times and manage the diaries for our London and Yorkshire based fitters and liaise with installation operatives when necessary.
- General filing / office admin.
Skills required:
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt and prioritise daily workload.
- Exceptional verbal and written and communication skills.
- Numerate with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to communicate and have an excellent telephone manner.
- Be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be capable of quickly learning.
