**Chef de Partie Vacancy - Trearddur Bay, Anglesey - Full or part time hours available**

**The Trearddur Bay Hotel** is looking for a **Chef de Partie** to join the busy back of house team at our beautiful hotel.

**About the role**:
As a **Chef de Partie** the key requirements are that you have a passion for cooking with fresh food, an eye for detail and consistency and can work well in a small team.

You'll assist with Health & Safety in the Kitchen, manage and rotate your stock and oversee the running of your section.

Ideally you will have previous experience in the kitchen, be highly motivated and eager to develop your skills and progress to the next level. We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression within the businessas well as other sites in the estate.

The Trearddur Bay Hotel is situated in a prime position overlooking the beach on the North West coast of Anglesey. The Hotel boasts 47 Bedrooms with its very own Bay Restaurant offering a menu of fresh seasonal specials and also its very own quirky onsitePub - The Inn at the Bay. The Hotel caters year-round for conferences, events and weddings and is the Hotel of choice for locals and tourists who can rely on excellent service standards, great facilities and an unrivaled menu.
