We're on the hunt for a Youth Support Worker to join our team at
**LARA Search**. As a Youth Support Worker, you'll be working with a team of awesome professionals to provide support and guidance to young people with special education needs. **Job Position**:Support Worker - College Students (Sutton)

**About the role**:

- Youth Support Worker to support students with complex needs between the ages of 16 and 25 years old.
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.

- Committed to supporting young people with complex needs, autism, and challenging behaviour.
- Offers excellent personalized teaching and learning for its students.
- A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:45 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
