Contractual Status
- Temporary
- Full Time - Monday - Friday 40 Hours per week

Role Summary

Safe operation of manual handling equipment and procedures in accordance with on-site training.

To provide accurately picked, well presented orders for our customers.

To accurately manage inventory in all aspects of warehousing functions and processes.

To maintain a safe working environment and sustain housekeeping standards in accordance with business needs.

To assist unloading of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe practices are met when using manual handling equipment
- Follow on-site Health & Safety procedures
- Follow policies and procedures in accordance with business needs
- Accurate picking and safe presentation of customer orders
- Accurate and timely inventory controls including stock checking
- Work closely with internal customers across other departments
- Focus on customer service
- unloading vehicles
- Checking stock and receipting inventory in Goods Inwards section
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Any other tasks as directed by their manager

Experience
- Proven warehousing experience
- Working as part of a busy Team
- Working with employees from all levels
- MHE - Counterbalance, reach truck is desired, not essential

Skills and Qualifications
- A Basic knowledge and understanding of warehousing functions
- Basic IT skills
- Team orientated
