Our team of dedicated and long serving colleagues are at the heart of our exceptional service culture. We are now in need of a Site Administrator to support our minor works projects at the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE).
We are looking for an organised, conscientious and hard-working administrator to join our small but very friendly and supportive team on site. Some experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide administration support to the Site Manager(s) and as required by the business.
- Completion and administration of financial records including invoices, credits, as per requirements for each project.
- Collation and preparation of information for client meetings.
- Upkeep of all site records including Health & Safety.
- Booking and recording deliveries via our clients internal system.
- Arrange daily vehicle access to site.
- Filing of site information, including copying, scanning, and storing documents.
- Arrange building access for operatives on a daily basis.
- Ordering materials as directed
- Logging jobs on to the system, producing job sheets and updates accordingly.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as required.
Key Skills
- Previously worked in an administration role.
- Must be highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Must have a good telephone manner.
- Must be punctual and well presented.
This is a new role within a current on-going contract and is located on our client’s site in Central London, WC2A. The role is Monday to Friday from 0800-1600 or 0900-1700 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
Personal Attributes/Aptitude/Skills Required
- Good general IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisation skills with an approachable and friendly work ethic
- Great communicator who is able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Construction or facilities management experience is an advantage
