As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be part of a happy and welcoming team working together at all times to provide the high level of service we pride ourselves on.

The role will be based in our retirement village, working 32 hours per week, (would consider 16 hours per week), worked over 4 days on a roster basis which will include every other weekend. Plus, there is usually a chance for overtime to cover annual leave and sickness.

We are based in St George’s Park, Ditchling Road, within 3 miles of both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, set within 250 acres of beautiful gardens and farmlands, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views overlooking the South Downs.

You will have access to our excellent training programme, and we pride ourselves on a continuous improvement plan for all our new and existing staff to ensure they have the ongoing knowledge, skills and commitment to become and continue to be a successful, valued member of our team.

Our rates of pay are competitive, and our staff benefits are extensive and include free uniform, free meal and a staff minibus service from the Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath areas.

All of our staff are required to be fully COVID-19 Vaccinated, or provide a medical exemption certificate.
