Due to internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Weekend Showroom Host to work at our Bolton Volvo site. The main responsibility of the host is to provide an efficient, professional, and welcoming point of contact for all visitors to the dealership and taking them to the department they are looking for.

**Key Accountabilities**:
As Showroom Host you will ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:

- To provide the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership, creating confidence in the Company by ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
- To greet visitors, offer refreshments (where appropriate) and advise relevant staff of their arrival.
- Take customers to the service/parts department, locating sales executives
- Being responsible for ensuring the tea/coffee station and seating area, is kept clean and tidy and the coffee machine clean - checking the area at least every hour. Ensure only up to date magazines/ brochures are available.
- Cleaning the worktops, washing cups, and checking the coffee machine and fridge is fully stocked.
- Regularly inspect the washrooms to ensure that they are clean and fresh and being cleaned to required standard.
- Take customers details and handout brochures when required
- To be available to staff external product placements
- To liaise with inter-departmental staff where necessary and ensure the customer is kept informed without delay
- To build an understanding and knowledge of the full range of Volvo cars, products, and services
- To maintain the customer environment to an immaculate standard, reporting any maintenance issues to the Sales Manager or Head of Business.
- To support the Sales Manager with team effort and building good relations with fellow team members

**Key skills**

Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Experience Required**

Previous experience in a customer facing retail environment would be advantageous

Hours: Saturday 09:00 - 17.00 Sunday 11:

- 00 - 16:00

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 13 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
