London, United Kingdom Citi Full time

**Job Purpose**: You’ll be part of the Brand Studio at Citi — a full-service, in-house agency that provides creative services to the EMEA region as well as producing some global campaigns. We’re a team of writers, designers, editors and animators who transform business using the power of creativity. We are looking for a Creative Artworker to join our design team to work on a variety of design for print, digital, brand and online communications projects. You will be involved in projects from start to finish and will work closely as part of a creative team to ensure that the artwork meets the needs of the client's brief and brand guidelines. You will work alongside other members of the design team providing creative and corporate design to a broad range of our internal client base. The right person would need to demonstrate industry knowledge and the ability to keep up to date with all emerging technologies and design techniques. **Key Responsibilities**: We are looking for a creative artworker who is able to take a creative brief and create compelling solutions - using design to communicate an idea and tell a story. A bright and clear communicator, you’ll take ownership of your own projects, as well as working closely with and supporting the creative team to follow designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off. Your role will involve retouching, reworking or adjusting design, customising typography, colour balancing, resizing documents and eliminating any inconsistencies. You'll have a great eye for detail and will be able to spot potential problems with designs. You will be responsible for managing your own workflow and a significant part of your role will be interacting with our internal clients to guide and share your expertise. When required you will provide workflow support to the Project Manager to ensure a seamless flow of projects through the studio. You will be the main point of contact for our self-service platform and will be responsible for updating templates, providing end user support and on-going training to the business. You’ll be working within brand guidelines, but know how to push and develop work that brings differentiation to each brief and continues to engage and inspire clients - this could include challenging their perception and showing them what great design can do. You’ll be happy working in an in-house environment and will relish collaborating with other members of the team to produce great work that’s on brand, on strategy and on time. Key responsibilities include: - To maintain the high standards of creative output within the applicable corporate identity. - Ensuring that all completed work is thorough, accurate, time bound and within corporate constraints, both technically and creatively. - Day-to-day creative decision-making is part of the role (significant design changes or issues should be escalated to the Creative Director or Studio Head) - The timely communication of specification and scheduling changes back to the Project Manager **Experience/Qualifications**: **Skills**: Essential Fully skilled in: - Adobe Creative Cloud, Inc. InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat & Photoshop. - Adobe CS Dreamweaver / HTML is essential Preferable - Although the department is mac-based a working understanding of MS office and PC’s is useful. **Job Background/Context**: Citi is a truly global brand with a top 45 ranking in Interbrands Best Global Brands survey. With client service at its core Citi works for individuals, institutions, companies and countries to enable progress and enhance their financial outcomes. Resident in Citi’s EMEA headquarters in Canary Wharf the in-house studio is a full-service creative and production facility. Its aim is to offer internal partners (clients) bespoke, on-brand design and communication solutions that compete in the global marketplace. As an integrated part of the business, we offer a deep understanding of the company structure, its philosophy and insight into the overarching strategy. We are part of regional Public Affairs, who have an EMEA-wide responsibility for Citi communications including external, internal, brand and community/CSR. - **Job Family Group**: Communications and External Relations - **Job Family**: Communications Management - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
