**Client Details**

This financial services business is a specialist within their area, they strive to always please their customer and develop the business. This business are a privately owned business giving them a real great culture and ability to progress and nurture theirstaff.

**Description**

This portfolio case manager role will include the following:

- Administrate all new and existing loans including case set up and issuing introductory correspondence to borrowers to include;
- General administration of electronic files, ensuring all required legal documents are on file and all correspondence received is organised correctly.
- Proactively monitor and review loans, taking appropriate action where a risk has been identified that could affect the performance and redemption of the loan.
- Carry out mid-term searches for all loans.
- Monitor waypoints, key events and loan conditions during the term of the loan.
- Monitor interest payment schedule and pursue and record payments.
- Identify loans that may exceed their agreed loan term and alert the Head of Portfolio Management with options for remedial action.
- Dealing with any breaches or non-compliance of the loan terms.

- Previous experience within the financial services sector is a must
- Great communication skills
- Strong administration skill set
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Driven and relentless
