Overview:
As a Technical Deployment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Deployment Architect, Team Leaders, and Software Engineers as part of the Technical Deployment team, to develop robust hosting infrastructure and services for our inhouse Application software.

What you will do
- Support the release and deployment management process specified by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process at the Foundation level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of release and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate change and assess its impact, develop change management plans, and facilitate smooth transitions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with IT deployments and operations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
- Configure and monitor server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Qualifications:
Who you are
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Deep understanding of system-level and integration-level testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of software products and their technical aspects
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux and RedHat. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux and expertise in RedHat Linux is an added advantage.
- Working experience with Storages and SAN Switches
- Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Excellent understanding of the continuous integration practice
- Comprehensive understanding of network-based technologies and protocols
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse individuals to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to define and implement robust testing and production environment infrastructure
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
