Our company operates in the automotive parts industry, specialising in sourcing and selling car parts to both retail customers and trade accounts across central Scotland.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Parts Salesperson** to join our team in the automotive sector. This role combines excellent customer service with proactive sales activity. As well as assisting walk-in and existing trade customers, you will make outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and supply the correct automotive parts to trade and retail customers.
- Make proactive outgoing calls to garages, workshops, and other potential customers to promote products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales orders accurately using internal systems.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and support inventory control.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
- IT literate with experience using stock/order management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
