Responsibilities:
As a Junior Surveyor my main roles are to **carry out topographic surveys and assist on measured building surveys**.

A topographic survey identifies and accurately maps the contours of the land and its existing features, including, trees, buildings, streets, walkways, manholes and utility poles.

Design and develop Civil / Land systems and components using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.

Conduct feasibility studies and perform calculations to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of Civil / Land designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Land Surveying, preferably in the [Rail Sector].
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation.
- Experience with land surveying techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS for mapping and spatial analysis.
- Excellent mathematical skills with proficiency in Mathcad or similar software.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards related to civil engineering.
