As a Driver's Mate & Bed Warehouse Operative, you will be a key part of our operations, ensuring that products are handled with care from the warehouse to the customer’s home to the highest of standards. Your role will involve assisting with the delivery and assembly of beds and furniture, as well as managing stock in our warehouse, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Please be aware that this job involves very heavy lifting of beds and furniture.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the driver with the safe and timely delivery of beds, furniture, and other home goods to customers' homes.
- Carefully load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring all products are handled with care.
- Assemble beds and furniture in customers' homes, following instructions and ensuring a high standard of work.
- Communicate with customers upon delivery, ensuring their needs are met and obtaining signatures if required.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery and assembly process.

You must be able work between all of our stores in Walsall Wood, Sutton Coldfield and Swadlincote.

Early starts at 7.30am on delivery days which are Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays. Working days are between Tuesday
- Saturday, consisting of a 5-day week.

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
