Look no further We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Advisor covering the Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire regions. If you have a passion for ensuring the safety of both personnel and the workplace, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be an integral part of our CBUL Reactive & Planned Work teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing expert health and safety advice to ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
- Producing insightful reports and recommendations for the company as needed.
- Conducting thorough workplace inspections, audits, and accident/incident investigations.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships.
- Participating in meetings with clients, both internal and external, to address health and safety matters.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours to meet project demands.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, ideally within utilities or construction.
- Essential qualifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ, or an equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Desirable qualifications including experience in the Construction Industry and utility or civil engineering contracting.
- Understanding of sewerage network operations would be beneficial.
- Level 3 AET instructional qualification (PTTLS).
