**About the role**:
As an integral part of the InPost team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to understand and meet the needs of customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. You will manage customer enquiries, support procurement activities, and maintain accurate data to facilitate seamless operations.

In addition, you will produce timely weekly and monthly reports, assist with general administration, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed. By investigating and resolving customer queries promptly, you will help uphold InPost’s commitment to excellent customer service and operational success.

**Location**: Chemical Lane Burslem Stoke on Trent ST6 4PB

**Shift Pattern**: 4 on 4 off shift pattern

**Hours**: 13:30 - 22:00

**Salary**:£12.21 p/h

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working closely with the operational team to help manage driver resource
- De-briefing drivers to ensure daily KPI’s are met
- Dealing with customer enquiries Online
- Provide timely, quality, and accurate information
- General administration duties
- Support with any other “ad hoc” tasks

**What we need from you**:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills
- ‘Customer Service’ oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team player
- Problem Solving
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Accuracy
