Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a caring and compassionate person, with previous care experience, who is ready for their next challenge. We are currently recruiting for a live in support worker for watford.

**PREVIOUS CARE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**

Due to continued growth and many new clients joining Novus Care we are currently looking for experienced Live in Support Workers to come on board on a flexible, rolling basis in order to support our clients to remain in their own homes and enhance their lives.

This will be paid after successful completion of training & shadowing and after 30 hours of care work have been completed.

**Duties will involve: -**
- Providing companionship
- Personal Care
- Prompting with medication
- Meal preparation and domestic duties
- Promotion of independence and dignity

You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience as a Live in Support Worker
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A passion for delivering good quality person centred care

In return for your hard work and commitment, Novus Care will pay you £665 per week, plus holiday pay, which equates to £745.27 per week.
