Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities: - Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards - Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping team members - Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services - Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally - Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is essential - Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting Skills: - Hotel management - Hospitality expertise We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within our organization. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£13.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
