**What You’ll Do as a Support Worker**

No two days are the same — you’ll be providing a mix of practical support, personal care, and emotional encouragement, depending on each person’s individual needs. Your role may include:

- Supporting with **daily tasks** such as shopping, meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders
- Providing **companionship** to promote emotional wellbeing
- Assisting in the kitchen and encouraging involvement in meal planning and preparation
- Planning and participating in **fun activities** at home and in the community
- Accompanying individuals on **day trips and outings**:

- Supporting with **personal care** (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Completing accurate documentation and care records

**What We’re Looking For**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- A **full UK driving licence** and access to a **vehicle**:

- A genuine passion for helping others live independently and confidently
- Flexible and adaptable will to go the extra mile to make a positive difference to someones life
- Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills committed to developing positive working relationships

**Join us and you can expect**
- Weekday Days up to £12.35 per hour
- Weekday Evenings up to £13.00 per hour
- Weekend Days up to £13.00 per hour
- Weekend Evenings up to £14.00 per hour
- Bank Holiday (Time and a half)
- Paid business mileage (45p for cars)
- Holiday top-up payments made for regular over time (T&C's)
- Sleep in rate £80.19 per night

**Shifts**
- Domiciliary care calls typically between 7am and 10pm
- Supported Living 9:00am - 10.00pm, 24 hour shifts are 9:45am - 10.00pm, sleep in, 7.00am - 10.00am
- Working alternate weekends essential
