As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

- ** Competitive pay **£12 - £13 per hour. Bank Holiday Rate: £24 per hour
- **_ Minimum 1 hour calls_** **- with client matching for continuity.
- ** Positions available**:full time, part time, fixed and flexible contract.
- ** Training**:

- full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities including apprenticeship
- ** Pension **Scheme**:available
- ** Employee referral bonus programme**: £100 after 60 hours of care delivered by the referred Care Professional
- ** Mileage and travel time / waiting time**:35 P per mile, £10 per hour.
- ** Other benefits including**:discounts scheme** **for shopping, basic health checks and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

**Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Responsibilities may include**:

- Companionship and wellbeing support
- Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
- Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
- Help with washing, dressing or bathing.

**Qualifications**:
Not required. All training will be provided.
