**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Manage daily activities, ensuring that each child receives individual attention and support.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their learning experiences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating effective teaching practices and encouraging teamwork among staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Drive initiatives that promote social skills, emotional development, and physical well-being among children.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practitioner in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A deep understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
