We have a great opportunity in the Anton Mill factory to become an **Assembly Operative**.

You will work as part of a small team undertaking the assembly and manufacture of Stannah Platform lifts. The role involves varied work, based around mechanical / electrical assembly work such drilling and tapping metal and wiring to requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assembling products by follow assembly drawings and process specifications.
- To provide support to other Assembly staff when requested, to complete specific activities.
- Pack goods, with protective materials ready for shipment in crates, stillages or other containers.
- Reporting issues or test failures to supervisor to maintain high standard of quality.
- Able to work to within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
