This is something we will consider.** **Our rates of pay are**: **Annual Salary: £24,054.41 Shift Allowance: £3,776.52** **Plus, as much overtime as you can get your hands on** We're looking enthusiastic people who want to join a welcoming foundry environment with plenty of heritage. Having experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable to us but we really want good people first and then skills second. We takehealth and safety very seriously and will make sure that you're fully trained in all our departments to make sure that you feel comfortable, safe and motivated whilst you're with us. Our production department is made up of various different roles and processes to get stuck into and we're looking for people who can be flexible, have the willingnessto learn a variety of different roles and would be content in doing repetitive work but get satisfaction from achieving high standards of quality. You could be doing anything from casting products to finishing and assembling them - This is hands on work, physicalwork which may involve working closely with hot iron, working with machinery and/or power tools, checking our products, making them look great and fitting heavy parts together.
