Our Property Safety team are recruiting for a Property Safety Officer within our Maintenance and Servicing Team. This is an exciting position that has varied targets to ensure the organisation meets its legislative requirements for property safety.

You will need to have experience working within a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with multiple stakeholders including contractors. Your PC skills will be exceptional, with experience using Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel along with other CRM databases for tracking compliance.

- PC skills and knowledge - especially MS Excel
- Experience working with repairs and servicing
- Good understanding of Social Housing
- Ambitious with an appetite to learn and develop knowledge in Property Safety
- Excellent attention to detail
- Background in customer service and resolving issues in line with best practice
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
- Ability to work independently managing range of deadlines
