**About the role**
These are exciting times at JRF/JRHT, where we are currently transforming our Finance and Housing Services - including putting in place the right technologies to support our work. Part of this transformation is the replacement of our Housing, Finance and AssetManagement systems. As part of this process, we are now taking the opportunity to review our current rent and service charge accounts and the processes that underpin them. This role will lead the work in the area - working closely with the Programme managerand key internal stakeholders across the JRHT Housing and Community Services, Development and Asset Management and Finance teams. This will ensure that our rent, service charges and other charges are transparent to residents and new customers (applicants).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of working within the social housing sector and a recent track record in working with rents, leasehold and service charges. **About you
**With prior knowledge of rents, service charges and leasehold and a good understanding of the legislation and regulations which underpin them, you will be ready to drive our work in this area during the project. You will also be able to support us toestablish ongoing ways of working which ensure transparency and consistency for our residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, often having to convey complex ideas in simple, easily understood terms. You will be meticulous by nature, with a keen attention to detail.
