Regency (Ayrshire) Ltd are an award winning and expanding Facilities Management business. Our Head Office in Prestwick team supports the North, East, West regions across the UK.

We are currently looking to recruit **Cleaning Operative(s) **to join us at **Plymouth.**

You are responsible for commercial cleaning and reporting into your line manager/supervisor or head office.

**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Touch Point cleaning
- COVID decontamination
- Organisation and replenishment
- Adherence of Health & Safety regs and Regency/client policies & protocols
- Clocking in/out of HR System to capture hours, breaks & absence requests
- Any other duties delegated by your line manager or the client
- The role operates a team of two with ongoing onsite training and guidance provided
- PPE Wear, Safety shoes, uniform, hard hat and glasses provided
- Additional support and training regarding Ride on Scrubber/Dryers and Acting Banksman

**Experience, Skills & Job Requirements**:

- General cleaning experience desirable however training will be provided
- Must be motivated and ability to work on own or part of a team
- Attention to detail and high quality of work service delivery
- Must have friendly and cordial people skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and be flexible for business/client needs
- Must provide proof of Right to Work in the UK (details will be provided)
- **Pre-employment checks - DBS required**
- **Logistically, travel plans should be practical to reach site destinations on time**
- **Salary - Minimum Hourly Rate £10p/h**
- **Hours - Varied 06:00 - to 22:00 (flexible)**
- **Any other information - for e.g. must be physically fit if carpet cleaning etc**
- **Immediate Start**
