**Quality Inspector**

**Job Details**
- Experience operating CMM or similar (training can be given)
- Looking after quality paperwork and documentation
- Interacting with customers and Material suppliers
- knowledge/experience of PPAP would be an advantage
- Manual/ Physical Inspection of components at various stages of production through to final inspection.
- Working with documentation to support all inspection processes for the purpose of traceability and non-conformance.
- Giving Verbal and written instructions to production operators in quality related matters.
**Experience Required**
- Experience operating Mitutoyo CMM or similar (training can be given)
- A strong Background in Quality Inspection within an engineering environment and an understanding of quality tools and techniques.
- Experience using hand held measuring equipment, verniers, micrometres, gauges etc.
- Able to correctly interpret engineering drawings and their associated geometrical tolerances.
- Understanding of key manufacturing Quality Standards.
- Ability to use own initiative for time management and decision-making processes.

- Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE)
