As Head of Product Category Management at Bupa Dental Care, you'll lead one of our most important commercial areas - high-value treatment products. These services are not only a major revenue stream, but also a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care. You'll shape the strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, value, and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the vision, strategy, and performance of all high-value treatment product categories.
- Define and deliver category strategies aligned with Bupa's commercial and clinical priorities.
- Act as the senior advisor on category performance, using market insights and customer data to guide decisions.
- Own key metrics including revenue, margin, customer experience, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Compliance.
- Drive innovation and transformation across the product portfolio to unlock growth and improve outcomes.
- Set commercial strategies including pricing, demand planning, and supplier engagement.
- Shape the end-to-end customer journey, embedding continuous improvement and data-driven insights.
- Represent the category at senior forums and contribute to broader strategic planning.
- Inspire and lead a team of category managers, building a high-performance culture.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a senior category or product leadership role - healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not essential.
- A track record of developing innovative strategies and future-focused roadmaps.
- Strong influencing and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage across all stakeholders up to the executive level.
- Experience working in matrixed and regulated environments.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a passion for delivering value and impact.
- Comfortable contributing to enterprise-wide strategy beyond your immediate remit.
