**The role**:
Alexander Steele are on the lookout for Multi - Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join an ambitious and growing Food production business in the Kent area.
This is an exciting opportunity to have a positive impact on a great business.
This role will have vacancies for both Mechanically biased engineers as well as Electrically biased engineers.
- Responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance work, including breakdowns and planned maintenance to the packaging machinery
- Ensure all work carried out is legally compliant
- Maintaining tools and equipment to a safe working condition
- Carry out all other reasonable duties associated with the role
- Time served engineer
- Multi - skilled, biased in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experienced in installations, breakdowns and planned maintenance
- Previous experience working in the Food Manufacturing Industry is desirable, as well as industry related qualifications
**Shifts on offer**:
- 4 on 4 off - Days and Nights, 12-hour shifts, both with 1.5-hour break
- Mon - Fri, perm days, 08:00 - 18:00, 1 hour break
- Mon - Fri, perm nights, 20:00 - 06:00 1 hour break
**Salary on offer**:
£40,800 - £42,840 - Depending on shifts and experience
