The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the HR team, providing strategic and operational HR advice to departmental partners and provide a HR consultancy service to external clients.

As the Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the business to provide a first class HR service, provide advice on escalated ER matters, develop and implement the HR strategy to support business growth, establishexcellent working relationships and build trust with partners, managers, and staff at all levels, coach and advise on a wide range of HR issues, devise and deliver internal developmental training programmes and carrying out a range of HR projects to ensureHR best practice.

Responsibilities to support clients externally will include carrying out HR consultancy for clients including, projects; employee relations; policies & procedures; contracts, staff handbooks; mediation; recruitment; and staff engagement. Building strongrelationships, liaising with third parties to bolt on added value services, devising and running webinars/seminars for clients on HR topics and preparing items for social media posts on current HR issues.
