APEM are in a period of significant growth; we’re now looking for an Associate Director that will add strategic leadership that will enable us to continue to innovate and pioneer.

As an Associate Director - Marine Wildlife Survey, you will lead, develop and guide our team of Consultants and Project Managers across a diverse range of infrastructure development projects. Our projects currently span the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the USA and Australia. You will work closely with our Divisional Director and wider MWS & Geospatial Sector leadership team to contribute towards our MWS strategy and drive forward APEM’s marine wildlife consultancy services, whilst also managing relationships with key clients.

This role offers much flexibility and will be considered on a remote/home based/hybrid or full-time office based; although regardless of your preferred working arrangement there will still be the occasional requirement to come to one of our national offices as and when required.

**About you**

It is essential that you have experience of leading and engaging a team to success; furthermore you’ll also have a proven track record of developing and growing colleagues through your extensive technical knowledge and experience. You’ll be commercially focused coupled with a thorough understanding of the marine ecology industry. You’ll be able to evidence your technical proficiency by biodiversity inputs to assessments and reports, and delivery of projects to high standard, on time and within budgets.
