We are looking for Support Workers in the Bracknell / Warfield area with a flexible approach to shift patterns.

This role will involve supporting 6 adults in a lovely home in Warfield who have varied disabilities including epilepsy and associated behaviours that can be described as challenging. The people we support also require full support with personal care and there are some aspects of manual handling. They love to get involved in all sorts of fun activities from going bowling, to the cinema, arts and crafts, baking and much more. It's important for us that our support workers have a proactive approach to engagement and social activities, coming up creative solutions and alternative offerings within the current climate.

Shift times will include: Early 7:30am - 3.00pm / Late 2:30pm - 10:00pm & every other weekend.

Night shifts are also available: 10:00pm - 7.30am
