**Position**: Interior Design Project Runner

A London-based design practice is searching for an **Interior Design Project Runner** to support the delivery of various interior projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing procurement processes, including sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Coordinating deliveries and installations, liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Supporting the design team with sample requests, client presentations, and supplier communication.
- Ensuring that all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a project coordination or project administration role, preferably within an interior design or architectural setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design-related software is advantageous.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
- Good understanding of materials, suppliers, and processes commonly used in interior design.

Pay: £43,296.00-£46,103.00 per year
