GSL Education are currently looking for a graduate Teaching Assistant to join one of our ‘Good’ Ofsted rated primary schools in Tower Hamlets. The school is looking for a dedicated teaching assistant (TA) who will be working across classes in small groups and1:1 with children with special needs.This will be working in a warm, supportive school who are looking to develop an enthusiastic graduate in their career.
**Details of Graduate Teaching Assistant role**:

- Assisting with small group activities in classroom
- Delivering 1:1 sessions with SEN children
- Able to assist a Phonics group
- Commit to TA role in Tower Hamlets

**Graduate TA Specification**:

- Looking for a graduate teaching assistant who is proactive, tries their best to support the pupils and someone who is willing to develop
- Able to be flexible to work in a range of classes and provide 1:1 support to pupils when required
- Previous school based experience is beneficial but not essential
- Someone who is willing to learn
- Experience or understanding supporting children with special needs will be desired
