**The Role**

As a Regional Mortgage Manager you will recruit, support and develop a team of up to 15 Mortgage and Protection Advisers, helping them to achieve their individual Business Plans, working with them to drive income, improving mortgage productivity, via branchappointments as well as continually developing their protection sales.

On a day-to-day basis, you will fulfil the role of a Regional Mortgage Manager as defined in our network's Performance Management Scheme. Ensuring that robust processes are in place across the business, aiding the delivery of good customer outcomes and deliveringhigh quality customer service at every opportunity. Working closely with your team you will continually develop and review their training and development needs.

Drive and tenacity are key to being a success within this position - you will enjoy working in a challenging and rewarding environment which encourages you to continually add value and improve both professionally and personally through strong leadershipand management.

Successful applicants will possess an excellent level of technical knowledge particularly relevant to the housing and mortgage market and have experience in leading, motivating and influencing sales people in a customer facing environment. You will alsobe both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
